Design and Built by PARC DC – Private – Glendale, California

The existing house was built in the 60’s with canyon views and balconies on two floors, with some major water intrusion and aged building systems. The house remodeling included structural reinforcement of the foundation and the slopes, a basement, a new concrete deck on piles, and interior refinishing and remodeling including new lay out for the kitchen and powder room, a new family room and exterior upgrades.

Polished porcelain tiles were utilized in the kitchen and entrance areas, wood grain ceramic tiles in the common areas, and wood flooring in the bedrooms. The basement and the concrete deck were finished in polished concrete. Cesar stone counter tops with custom designed cabinetry were utilized in the kitchen.
